OUR HISTORY AND VALUES
La Burrita was founded in 1985 in the same Northside location where it is today. In 1991 the Southside location opened. Both locations have been family owned from the beginning.
Since our founding, we have dedicated ourselves to creating high-quality Mexican fare at affordable prices. We use all-natural meats with no antibiotics and no preservatives. All of our salsas are homemade using the freshest ingredients.We're devoted to healthy cooking. That means no lard and no artificial anything in our food. Our tortillas, cheese, and other items are from premium sources. And we use only top-quality produce from local markets.
